It says it'due south just for the Milky way Annotation but I tried information technology with my Samsung Galaxy S4 from T-Mobile and received an e-mail within minutes with a free $25 Google Play redemption code.

Obviously YMMV since it doesn't explicitly say Milky way S4.
Edit for those wanting to know where to find your serial
Settings -> More -> About Device -> Status -> Serial Number

STEPS
one. Create Gmail Address (anything is fine)
2. Go to https://wallet.google.com and sign in with new business relationship
3. Click the settings icon (cog)
4. Enter a VALID USA address (Use relatives, or Google HQ Accost)
5. Click "add payment method later"
vi. To redeem lawmaking go to: https://play.google.com/redeem
7. Make sure you are signed in with that "american" gmail business relationship you but created
viii. Copy and paste code
9. You should see $25 balance
TO REDEEM ON DEVICE:
i. Go to settings > accounts > + add account > google > and sign in with "american" gmail
2. Go to play store
3. Swipe in from the left side of screen
four. You lot should meet a trivial pointer point down like a "v"
5. Click the "v" and you should come across the option to modify which gmail account to use for play store.
6. Choose "american" gmail
seven. Purchase apps.

Well I guess rogers phone boxes don't come with a serial #. I also had a note 10.i 2014 to register and I did information technology successfully, only the play shop lawmaking I got can't be redeemed in Canada...so that's pretty useless.
Have withal to effort the other perks though.
